The Applied Mineralogy Research group (AMR Group) provides outstanding opportunities for education and research. We are home to a diverse community of faculty and staff members, as well as researchers and collaborators. Emeritus and adjunct faculty with long distinguished service to the group are also a vital component of our academic environment. AMR group research is largely applied and focused on non-renewable raw material and products characterization and evaluation.
